From OutBrick support

Is the first undo on a board really free?

Yes. The first undo on every board is free, never comes out of your tank and cannot run out. After that, undos come from a tank of five that refills one every twenty-five minutes, or five for 250 coins, or two for a rewarded video.

How many lives do I get, and when is one spent?

Opening a board needs a life but spends none. Clearing spends none. A life goes when you decline the out-of-moves continue, leave after making a move, or restart after making a move. Five lives, eight with Brick Pass; one refills every thirty minutes.

Does OutBrick show ads?

Only rewarded video, and only when you press a button asking for something. There are no banners, no interstitials and no ad when the app opens. Remove Ads is a one-time $4.99 purchase.

Is there a timer?

The board shows moves remaining; there is no clock or countdown. At the limit, five extra moves cost 300 coins, then 500, then 900 within the same attempt; a rewarded video adds two moves, then one, then a free UFO. Leaving or clearing resets the coin ladder.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open Shop, then choose Restore purchases. Apple processes the transaction through your Apple ID.

What do the three stars mean?

The current iOS game awards stars from the board’s score thresholds. Matches, specials, cascades and the leftover-move finish contribute to the score. The browser demo keeps its earlier move-target star rule.

How much do extra moves cost?

Five more moves cost 300 coins, then 500, then 900 within one attempt. A rewarded video adds two moves instead, then one, then a free UFO. The coin price goes back to 300 when you leave the board or clear it.

How many rewarded videos can I watch a day?

In iOS 5.4.1 and later, ten optional rewarded video placements have no game-imposed daily viewing cap. Offers still depend on reward eligibility, ad availability and consent. Older versions may retain earlier limits. No banners or automatic interstitials; a video starts only when you choose it.

How do I turn colour-blind glyphs on or off?

Colour-blind mode is on by default, so every brick and gate carries a readable glyph. Switch it off, or back on, in Settings.

How do I change my advertising choices?

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Settings, then Advertising choices, reopens the consent form at any time. iOS tracking permission is in Settings, Privacy and Security, Tracking; saying no changes nothing about the game.

How do I contact OutBrick support?
